(Correction: In my message, I erred in mentioning this war was after Sodom and Gomorrah was destroyed, but it was actually before. Which would place this war as the first of 2 times Abram rescued his nephew, Lot. City of San Diego's oldest continuously active homeless ministry. It was founded in the 1930's by a woman. In the 1950's it was handed over to a 14 year old young Christian lady, Sister Winifred Smith. Her and my Mom were good friends and Sister Winnie ran the ministry until she was about 83 years old when she went to be with the Lord in 2004. It's good to be back after a 10-year break after ministering for a consistent 7 years between 2003 and 2010. Prior, I actually lived as on sight staff during my Bible school years for 5 months, part of the curriculum between the Virginia ministry I spent from 1989-1994. This message title, "Let God Be Your Dread", is taken from the book of Isaiah 8:11-13. Additional Scripture references were, Genesis 15:1, 1 John 5:1-8, John 1:12, and Romans 10:8-10
