My Malheur Refuge Standoff Ending Response

Somebody asked a news commenter, "how does occupying public land make it a crime scene AND how, exactly, does murdering a man constitute the F.B.I. (an unconstitutional entity) and LEO, doing a fantastic job?", to which someone else chimed in, "Well, it doesn't when you don't deal with reality,": to which I then chimed in, "Reality? If you read the official FBI statement, in it, out of one side of their face they say those who were arrested are presumed innocent until found guilty. And on the other side of the FBI face, they call the site a crime scene as if in fact they were criminals. Then the County Court statement says bombs and explosives will be cleared, as if in fact there are bombs and explosives. That's some very carefully created reality going on public record. The reality of it all is our Federal government is operated by a bunch of incompetents who don't have the brains to accurately portray themselves as being within the law in their own statements and public record. They're as much criminally minded as those who they falsely accuse. No, it's not reality. It's the Federal governments own definition of crime, which makes it their false opinion. And then the brainwashed of society then is more than happy and willing to accept the deception of our own Federal government. And then you have court decisions, where the judge concludes with the words, "it is the opinion of the court...," I can't stand it anymore.
Going forward, the following is what I was writing during the last hour of the standoff, and a while after the last man, the end, as I was listening live web stream, to conversations between the patriots and those outside via cell phone,
including Rev Graham, Nevada Assemblywoman Michelle Fiore, Seim, his little brother and the refuge protesters, (the last of the four was, David Lee Fry, which the following is based on.) This MAN is really acting like he is mentally ill and unstable. He's done nothing but portray himself to be someone who wants to mirror several Biblical instances at his own convenience like delusions of grandeur instead of being a part of something in reality to today! He agreed to end this in a lawful manner and allow the law to have course toward progress, and SUDDENLY he wants to portray some BIBLICAL MISSION with HIM as the chosen vessel! He is acting like someone who either wants to be a martyr for his own cause or he is an FBI plant whose plan is to tarnish the whole purpose of the protest. His behavior is showing he is an unfortunate unworthy participant in a just cause. God help us. NOW he says he's got a gun pointed to his head?
Some people believe a lot of his current mental state is a reaction to the fear he has experienced through this or a deep belief in what the protest is for. I would like to believe that's what it is. Now he is saying he's confused.
I still believe he is too accurate and articulate in all of his irrational arguments after all these days up until this very moment, for him to be confused and delusional. I think he knows exactly what he is doing. He is mixing Constitutional truths, with outrageous social and religious ideologies.
So NOW, at 11AM he's smoking one more cigarette and his demands for him to come out is for everyone there to shout Hallelujah. They did it, and now he is arrested and in custody. hallelujah!
My brain feels like it has now come out of the electrocution chamber from these 41 days of praying, reading, writing and encouraging others online to pray and believe for justice in our country peacefully. But in the end it eventually became clear the last holdout didn't even believe the Bible or anything Rev. Graham, Nevada Assemblywoman Michelle Fiore and everyone else were saying about Scriptures, the law and the Constitution, nor did he care. You'll have to listen to the recording again, but I don't plan on it until I rest from all this. He was definitely not on the side of the protest as he pretended. Anyone who wants to check the recording will see that he slipped quite a few times in his ramblings.I listened to the whole thing. Regardless of what others may think negatively about Michelle Fiore and Gavin Deim, who literally became the crisis negotiators at the end, and even Rev Graham spoke and prayed with them, Rev Grahan, Seim and Fiore did an absolutely tremendous job, and I noticed they even became definitely aware that the man in the refuge suddenly became obvious that he did not believe one bit anything he has been claiming to believe this whole time. And I definitely noticed their aggrevation that they had been played, but they still were able to discern the spirit they were up against in an instant, and their plans changed and ultimately convinced him to come out. THAT was very miraculous, for anybody who understands spiritual warfare, and God giving those with no experience in spiritual warfare, devine guidance by the Holy Spirit. So it definitely is a must listen for any Christian first responder like me in CISM (Critical Incident Stress Management.) It is God's providence also, that Rev Franklin Graham was there, whose Samaritan's Purse and Billy Graham Rapid Response Team he runs, of which I had worked with for several years' previous fires and hurricane relief.

FBI says refuge 'crime scene' to be closed for weeks

Here's the full text of a statement by the Oregon FBI Special Agent in Charge Greg Bretzing on the end of the occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge:
This morning the FBI took into custody the four remaining occupiers at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge without incident and without shots fired. Rev. Franklin Graham and Michele Fiore were at the checkpoint to meet the occupiers as they left their encampment.
As we have said since day one, our goal has been to end this illegal occupation peacefully, and we are grateful that we were able to do so today. I want to make it very clear that we will continue to enforce the law with respect to the refuge and other federal properties. Anyone who chooses to travel to Oregon with the intent of engaging in illegal activity will be arrested. Saying that, I want to reassure those Harney County residents who simply visited the refuge or provided food to the occupiers -- we are not looking into those events. We are concerned about those who have criminal, violent intent.
While the occupation is over, there is still quite a bit of work that needs to happen before the refuge can re-open to the public. I want to run through some of that with you now.
Next Steps
The Malheur National Wildlife Refuge remains closed, and it will remain closed for some number of weeks. During this time, law enforcement will continue to man checkpoints at the edge of the refuge to maintain the security of this crime scene.
Most immediately, FBI agents are inspecting and securing the buildings and any other areas of concern on the refuge to ensure that no one else is hiding. This process will take some number of hours.
Following that tactical clearing of the refuge, a team of FBI Special Agent Bomb Technicians, detectives with the Oregon State Police Arson/Explosives Unit, and bomb technicians from the Portland Police Bureau and Oregon Air National Guard will methodically work their way through the property to locate and mitigate any explosive-related hazards. This process could take several days.
Once the refuge is cleared of any hazards, the FBI's Evidence Response Teams (ERT) will enter to document and collect evidence related to potential crimes committed during the occupation. In addition, FBI forensic examiners from the Northwest Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory will work to recover and process computers and electronic devices. It will likely be several weeks before the evidence teams complete their work on the refuge, and it will likely be a number of months before the forensic examiners complete their analysis.
At the same time, the FBI is deploying experts with its Art Crime Team to work on the refuge. These agents are specially-trained in cultural property investigations. They will be responsible for working with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Burns Paiute Tribe to identify and document damage to the tribe's artifacts and sacred burial grounds.
They will start with an archeological field assessment to determine any potential violations of the Native American Graves and Repatriation Protection Act (NAGPRA) and the Archeological Resources Protection Act (ARPA). This work will likely take a number of weeks to complete.
As the FBI works through each of these investigative processes, we will consult with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service as to how and when we will be able to return control of the refuge to that agency.
Closing Thoughts
Over the course of the last month, the people of Harney County have lived through an experience that is both highly emotional and physically exhausting. We have seen the occupiers and their outside supporters try to drive deep divisions between those who live and work here. We have seen some residents leave their homes, fearing violence against their families. We have seen the confusion, concern and trouble that the occupiers' actions have caused for this community.
This series of events has been beyond difficult for Harney County families. But, in the time I have been here, I have also seen the deep love that you have for this place you call home... love for the people, the land, and the way of life that makes Harney County so special. This passion for everything good about Harney County is what will help heal the community after this incident.
This is your community, and the FBI, along with our other law enforcement partners from across the state, are honored that we could be of service to you. We still have work we need to do -- and we continue to ask for your patience as we complete these necessary last tasks. We will do everything we can to return the refuge to its normal operations as soon as possible.
In particular, we know that the people of the Burns Paiute Tribe have specific concerns about the potential desecration of their ancestral lands and artifacts dating back thousands of years. As we complete the necessary safety checks and process the crime scene, we will work with the tribal members to ensure that our work remains sensitive to their historical and cultural concerns.
In closing, I want to thank Sheriff Ward for all of his hard work. I have never met a man who cares more about the people he serves... who cares more for the community in which he lives. No matter how you feel about the Hammonds or the situation at the refuge or the role that we have played here, Sheriff Ward has done exactly what he has promised to do since this all started back in November. He has worked tirelessly to ensure that the people he serves are safe, that they are heard, and that they can find a path back to normalcy.

Statement by Harney County Court on End of the Occupation
The occupation at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge is over. Law enforcement will now be able to begin the process of clearing booby traps and processing the crime scene. Let’s be clear, armed occupation of federal property is a crime, it is not a peaceful protest, and the illegal taking of federal property is a matter rightly dealt with by the FBI.
There are underlying issues that still need to be addressed. Management of federal land is one we have been working on for years, and we will continue this work. Harney County has made some positive steps forward through collaborative processes, but there is a long way to go. In addition, the re-sentencing of Dwight and Steve Hammond should be dealt with in a legal manner and we will support those efforts.
In the meantime, the occupation and continued presence of militia groups in Harney County continues to cause division in the county and every community within. Calls for thousands of people to descend on Burns are very troubling. Continued militia presence in Harney County will only serve to delay any meaningful work on the issues that need to be addressed.
We are very grateful that the occupation ended peacefully and we look forward to the day when our community is ours, once again.

At approximately 9:40 am on Thursday, February 11, 2016, the FBI brought three of the remaining Malheur National Wildlife Refuge occupiers into custody without incident. At approximately 11:00 am, agents brought the fourth into custody without incident.

We are holding on by the skin of our teeth for many reasons here in the U.S.. I am showing you real life living, where being sidetracked by others have not affected me and others from reaching and seeking the High goal. My point throughout this book is for us as individuals and who are Christian, we need to see that in order to make America great, and righteous, we need to literally be the person we want others to see; and not only that, but to want to be that person, personally. The more people who realize that, maybe the sooner we'll realize it's really individually in which we need to clean up our act, before collectively doing so. We tend to want everyone else to be better in order for ourselves to feel like being better. Where is the fruit of the Spirit? ...
